Getting Started

Q: How do I log my first workout? A: Open the app and tap the “+” button to start a new workout session. Enter the number of pushups you completed, and tap “Save” to record your progress.

Q: Can I edit or delete a workout? A: Yes! Tap on any workout in your history to edit the details or delete it entirely.

Q: How do I set a goal? A: Go to Settings > Goals to set daily, weekly, or monthly pushup targets. The app will track your progress toward these goals.

Data and Syncing

Q: How do I back up my data? A: Your data is automatically backed up to iCloud if you have iCloud enabled for the app. You can also export your data manually from Settings > Export Data.

Q: Can I use the app on multiple devices? A: Yes! If you have iCloud sync enabled, your data will automatically sync across all your devices signed in to the same iCloud account.

Q: What happens if I get a new phone? A: Your data will automatically restore from iCloud when you install the app on your new device (if iCloud sync was enabled).

Features and Functionality

Q: How are my statistics calculated? A: The app tracks your total pushups, daily averages, weekly progress, and personal records. All calculations are based on the workout data you’ve logged.

Q: Can I see my progress over time? A: Yes! The Progress tab shows charts and graphs of your improvement over different time periods.

Q: How do achievements work? A: Achievements are unlocked automatically as you reach certain milestones, like completing your first 100 pushups or maintaining a 7-day streak.

Privacy and Security

Q: Is my workout data private? A: Yes! Your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We don’t have access to your workout information.

Q: Can I delete my data? A: Absolutely. You can delete individual workouts or all your data from Settings > Privacy > Delete All Data.

Technical Issues

Q: The app is crashing. What should I do? A: Try restarting the app first. If the problem persists, restart your device. If issues continue, please contact our support team with details about when the crash occurs.

Q: My data isn’t syncing between devices. How can I fix this? A: Check that:

  1. iCloud is enabled on both devices
  2. You’re signed in to the same iCloud account
  3. The app has permission to access iCloud (Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > PushTo100)

Q: Can I use the app offline? A: Yes! The app works completely offline. Your data will sync with iCloud when you reconnect to the internet.
