App Basics
Is PushTo100 free to download? Yes! PushTo100 is completely free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
What devices does PushTo100 support? PushTo100 works on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. The app requires iOS 17.0 or later for iPhone/iPad and watchOS 10.0 or later for Apple Watch. Each version is optimized for its platform with native features.
Does the app work offline? Yes! PushTo100 works completely offline. All your workout data is stored locally on your device, so you can track your workouts anywhere without an internet connection.
Can I sync my data across devices? Yes! PushTo100 uses CloudKit to automatically sync your workout data between your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Your data remains private and encrypted while syncing seamlessly across all your Apple devices.
Features & Usage
How does the goal setting work? PushTo100 uses an intelligent algorithm that adapts to your current fitness level. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly goals, and the app will help you progress steadily while avoiding burnout.
What kind of analytics does the app provide? You’ll get detailed charts showing your progress over time, streak tracking, personal records, and performance insights. The analytics help you understand your patterns and stay motivated.
What is adaptive coaching, and does it send my data anywhere? Adaptive coaching reads your recent training and responds with insights, recommendations, and motivation tailored to what you’ve actually been doing. It runs entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence — your workout history is never uploaded to be analyzed. You can turn it on or off under Smart Features in Settings. It requires a device with Apple Intelligence enabled.
What languages is PushTo100 available in? English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian.
Can I track different types of pushups? Currently, PushTo100 focuses on standard pushups to provide the best possible experience. We’re considering adding variations in future updates based on user feedback.
Does the app have workout reminders? Yes. Pick a time and the days of the week you want to train, and PushTo100 will remind you. Simple and predictable — no guessing at your schedule.
Accessibility & Privacy
What accessibility features are included? PushTo100 includes comprehensive accessibility support: full VoiceOver compatibility, Dynamic Type scaling, high contrast modes, voice guidance during workouts, and alternative input methods for users with different abilities.
How is my data protected? Your privacy is our top priority. All workout data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to use iCloud sync, your data is encrypted end-to-end. We don’t collect, store, or share your personal information with third parties.
Can I export my workout data? Yes! You can export your workout history and statistics to share with trainers, use in other apps, or keep as a personal backup.
Technical Support
The app isn’t working properly. What should I do? First, try restarting the app. If issues persist, restart your device. For ongoing problems, contact us at support@pushto100.com with details about your device and the issue.
How do I reset my progress? You can reset your progress in the app settings. This action cannot be undone, so make sure to export your data first if you want to keep a record.
Does the app work with Apple Watch? Yes! PushTo100 includes a full-featured Apple Watch app. You can complete workouts directly on your wrist, use the Digital Crown for easy counting, get haptic feedback, and see your progress on watch face complications. The watch app works independently, so you don’t need your iPhone nearby.
Getting Started
I’m a complete beginner. Is this app right for me? Absolutely! PushTo100 is designed for all fitness levels. The app starts with your current ability and helps you progress gradually and safely.
What if I can’t do any pushups yet? No problem! You can start with modified pushups (knee pushups, wall pushups, etc.) and track your progress. The important thing is building the habit and getting stronger over time.
How often should I use the app? This depends on your fitness goals and current level. Many users find success with daily use, while others prefer every other day. The app adapts to whatever schedule works best for you.
New Features
What’s new with the Apple Watch app? The Apple Watch app offers a complete workout experience on your wrist. Features include Digital Crown counting, haptic feedback for milestones, watch face complications, and the ability to work out without your iPhone. All data syncs automatically when your devices reconnect.
How do widgets work? PushTo100 offers Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that display your daily progress, current streak, and quick access to start a workout. Widgets require iOS 26 — the rest of the app runs on iOS 17 and later. During workouts, Live Activities show real-time progress in your Dynamic Island or Lock Screen.
Does the app integrate with Apple Health? Yes! PushTo100 can write workout data to Apple Health, including calories burned, active energy, and exercise minutes. This helps you get a complete picture of your fitness activities.
What are Progressive Training Programs? These are structured workout plans designed to help you progress safely from beginner to advanced levels. The app adapts the program based on your performance and helps prevent plateaus or overtraining.
